  • He has designed and built more than 10 AI and automation solutions running in finance today, from supplier invoices and payments to payroll, reconciliations and liquidity reporting.
  • He runs finance for an international technology group (HR and US) and previously led finance at a tech startup in Croatia and Slovenia. He knows startup finance from the first invoice to investor talks.
  • In an energy group he led treasury: he introduced company-wide cash flow planning, structured financing and negotiated with banks.
  • Almost five years in the treasury of a state development bank: FX, foreign debt, guarantees and letters of credit, and reporting to the central bank and the Ministry of Finance.

  • Investments Director. He ran the strategic PMO for more than 60 initiatives across 5 markets at a leading regional FMCG group, and the business case for a production line worth more than €10m.
  • At one of the largest regional groups he built the group cash flow model, consolidated the plans of 19 companies and worked on the team behind a refinancing of more than €1.1bn.
  • He started his career in Big4 transaction advisory, and at a global advisory firm worked in the cash team on the restructuring of a regional market leader.
